What to expect
This workshop will allow you to condition your body and mind through intuitive dance. You will experience the joy of creative movement for the sense of inner balance.
We will begin with gentle warm up focusing on our individual needs with a non-judgmental approach. We will then continue with a guided dynamic session incorporating rythm and music to finish with cool down and relaxation.
